On terms being thrown around in today’s political discourse…

Governance cannot be termed fascism if the majority rule is involved in the making of policy, e.g. a majority of Americans elected the current administration and continues to hold electoral power.
Socialism, as defined by the article above, especially ‘modern’, is not all bad– I would remind those who call themselves Christians of these two addages: “Do unto others…” and, “…your brother’s keeper…”
A final note: bipartisan requires BOTH sides to be willing to participate. If one side chooses to be obstructionist, then the other needs must carry on without. You cannot throw a tantrum and expect to be taken seriously.
